structure
IPM series hydraulic pumps are clearance compensated internal gear pumps with fixed displacement.
Its basic components are:
(1) Gear shaft
(2) Front cover
(3) Front oil distribution pan,
(4) Pump body
(5) Rear oil distribution pan
(6) Rear end cover
(7) Plain bearings
(8) Internal ring gear
(9) Positioning rod
(10) Crescent subplate
(11) Plastic rod
(12) Crescent motherboard
Oil absorption and drainage process
The gear shaft (1) installed according to the hydrodynamics is transmitted to the inner ring gear (8) according to the direction of rotation.
Fill the oil by opening the tooth side gap in the oil absorption area. The oil is transported from the oil absorption area (S) to the pressure area (P) through the tooth side clearance between the gear shaft and the inner ring gear.
From this, the oil is discharged from the closed tooth side gap and transported to the pressure port (P). The oil absorption and discharge zones are separated by radial compensation elements (10 to 12) and gear meshing between the internal meshing gear and the gear shaft.
Axial compensation: The discharge chamber in the pressure area is axially sealed by the front and rear oil distribution plates (3) and (5).
The axial gasket is back pressed by the pressure field (13) on the side facing away from the discharge area. These pressure fields balance the axial gasket with the discharge area, resulting in an ideal seal with low mechanical losses.
Radial compensation
Radial compensation elements include crescent sub-plate (10), crescent main board (12) and plastic rod (11).
The crescent subplate (10) and the crescent main board (12) are arranged in a pressure field, so the generated pressure is basically borne by the dowel pin.
A small pressure assembly presses the crescent subplate and crescent main plate to the tip of the gear shaft and inner ring gear so that the pressure zone is separated from the oil absorption zone by automatic clearance adjustment.
This is a prerequisite for consistently high volumetric efficiency throughout the working hours.
The gap adjustment between the crescent sub-plate and the crescent main board can be carried out by a plastic rod in the middle.
Hydrodynamic and hydrostatic installation
The gear shaft (1) is borne by a hydrodynamic lubricated radial plain bearing (7).
The inner ring gear (8) is hydrostatically mounted in the pump body (4).
meshing
The meshing of the involute tooth edge has a long meshing length for lower flow and pressure pulsation, thus ensuring low noise.
